About our Nursery
Join our dedicated and friendly team at Busy Bees in Biggleswade Kings Reach, an Ofsted-rated Good nursery with a capacity of 109 children. We are passionate about nurturing children's love of learning through playful teaching, creating a fun and engaging environment. Our nursery is situated in the heart of a vibrant community, just a two-minute walk from a local supermarket and coffee shop. We offer convenient bus and train services into the local town, with a 15-minute walk to the nursery.

Role Responsibilities
- Ensure that educational strategies and practices are consistent across multiple rooms.
- Lead the planning and delivery of activities, adapting the curriculum to meet the diverse needs of the children.
- Mentor and develop Room Leaders, promoting a collaborative and high-performing team.
- Oversee the wellbeing and safeguarding of children, making necessary adaptations to support children with additional needs.
- Foster strong relationships with parents, keeping them informed of their child's development.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding protocols across the centre.
Required Qualifications
- Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
- Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory or leadership experience ideally as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager or Senior Nursery Practitioner.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for both children and team members.
