Responsibilities
- Processing financial information in line with set procedures and deadlines
- Supporting reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records
- Handling queries from a range of stakeholders and providing timely support
- Assisting with prompt payment processes and financial compliance
- Inputting, validating and maintaining financial data across systems
- Managing correspondence, emails and general administrative tasks
- Assisting with cash handling and banking processes where required
- Contributing to the smooth running of the finance office and wider team
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 GCSEs (A-C), including Maths and English, or equivalent
