Broughton Group is seeking Behaviour Mentors to join their team in East London starting in September. The role involves supporting students with SEMH and behavioural needs primarily in secondary schools and PRUs.

The ideal candidate will support students on a 1:1 basis as well as in small groups, managing challenging behaviours and aiding emotional regulation. Experience in youth work or mentoring is desirable.

This is a full-time position offering £110-135 per day.
