We’re working with a premium automotive retailer who are expanding their workshop team in Beaconsfield and are looking for skilled Vehicle Technicians across multiple levels. You’ll be responsible for delivering high‑quality servicing, diagnostics, and repair work on vehicles to manufacturer standards, ensuring first‑time fixes and an exceptional customer experience built on trust, quality, and precision.
Salary Levels (Depending on Experience):
- Service & Maintenance Technician: 38,800
- Qualified Systems Technician: 41,800
- Qualified Diagnostic Technician: 43,800
- Senior Diagnostic Technician: 48,800 (plus 1,000 sign‑on bonus month 1, 1,000 month 13, trial weekend closures – no Saturday or Sunday working)
What We’re Looking For:
- NVQ / City & Guilds Level 3 in Automotive
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician
- Full UK driving licence
- Own tools
- Experience with Mercedes‑Benz (desirable but not essential)
