Are you a skilled Multi Trader with experience in kitchens, carpentry, bathrooms, plumbing, painting & decorating, and general repairs across all aspects of the trade? Do you take pride in delivering high-quality work, providing excellent customer service, and working independently? Are you based in or around the Bognor Regis area?

Workshop Recruitment is looking for an experienced Multi Trader to join a well-established maintenance contractor working on a social housing contract across the Arun District Council area. This role involves carrying out both reactive and planned maintenance works within occupied & void properties in Bognor Regis, Arundel, Horsham, and Littlehampton.

The successful Multi Trader must have their own van and tools, be confident working across multiple trades, and be able to provide two work references. Due to the location of the contract, applicants must be based in the Bognor Regis area.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out reactive and planned repairs within social housing properties
  • Complete kitchen and bathroom maintenance works
  • Perform basic plumbing repairs and installations
  • Undertake painting and decorating tasks
  • Carry out tiling and general maintenance repairs
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard
  • Provide excellent customer service to tenants
  • Work independently and manage daily workloads effectively
Skills & Experience Required
  • Proven experience as a Multi Trader within maintenance or social housing
  • Strong skills across kitchens, bathrooms, plumbing, tiling, and decorating
  • Ability to carry out general repairs confidently
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Own van and tools are essential
  • DBS preferred
  • Reliable and available to start Monday 1st June
  • Live in the Bognor area
