We are seeking skilled Groundworkers and Concreters for a major 26‑week civil engineering project on the Isle of Anglesey. You will be working to a high standard on concrete blinding, groundworks, and plant operations. This is a long‑term, stable role for reliable, safety‑conscious professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Concreting and blinding to a high standard – finish critical
- All aspects of groundworks – drainage, sub‑bases, ducting, reinstatement
- Safe operation of plant machinery as required
- Working closely with site supervision to meet daily targets
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and productive site environment
Requirements (Essential)
- Full UK driving licence and own transport (Anglesey location – no public transport reliance)
- CSCS card (Skilled Worker / NVQ Level 2 minimum)
- Checkable references – must cover recent groundworks/concreting roles
- Must pass a drugs & alcohol test – zero tolerance policy
Desirable
- Plant Operator Tickets (CPCS)
- Holders of CPCS cards for the following will have a significant advantage:
- Forward Tipping Dumper (FTD)
- Ride‑on Roller
- Slinger / Signaller
- Lift Supervisor
- 360 Excavator
