If that sounds like you, we are hiring for our brand new Shelter shop in Aviemore, looking for a confident and influential person who is community‐driven and ready to take the lead as the shop manager.

Responsibilities- Oversee day‐to‐day shop operations.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team, recruiting and fostering growth.
- Maintain excellent customer service in a face‐to‐face role.
- Engage with the local community to increase the shop's contribution and support Shelter's cause.
- Develop and execute visual merchandising plans to attract customers.
- Proven experience managing and motivating a team beyond expectations.
