We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and tech-savvy individual with a strong interest in the tech and AI space to join a fast-growing startup based in London. Working closely with the Founder, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a part-time role, ideally with previous experience in operations, HR coordination, project management, and providing high-level administrative support within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
What You'll Do
- Support the founder with administrative and operational tasks
- Coordinate hiring processes, including scheduling and managing communications
- Assist with various project management duties when required
- Provide ongoing PA and EA support to the Founder
- Support the set-up of AI tools and help to improve internal processes

- A highly organised and proactive individual with strong attention to detail
- Tech-savvy and a strong interest in AI tools and digital platforms
- Previous startup experience is highly desirable
