Role: Assembly Operative

Location: Edgware

Pay: £14.00 - £14.50 per hour

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30am - 17:30

Job Summary: We are seeking motivated and reliable Assembly Operatives to join a busy production team in Edgware. The role involves assembling products, maintaining a clean work environment, and supporting the production team to meet daily targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble products accurately according to manufacturing instructions and specifications.
  • Use hand tools and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Perform basic wiring or component assembly tasks if required.
  • Maintain general cleanliness and tidiness of the production area.
  • Report component shortages, equipment issues, or any safety concerns to the supervisor.
  • Undertake training as required to develop skills and efficiency.
  • Complete any other reasonable tasks assigned by management.

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production is desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately and work to quality standards.
  • Good attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Reliability, flexibility, and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and undertake training as required.

Contract Type: Permanent / Temporary options may be available.
