Proman is hiring full-time, permanent Assembly Operatives to help build the Toyota Corolla and gear up for the launch of the high-performance GR Corolla.

Pay & Benefits:
  • Early Shift: £15.18 per hour (including shift allowance)
  • Late Shift: £17.48 per hour (including shift allowance)
  • Days Only: £14.02 per hour
  • Average Annual Earnings: £33,117 (including shift premiums)
  • 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays

Overtime Rates:
  • £18.70 per hour (Mon - Fri, up to first 2 hours)
  • £21.03 per hour (after 2 hours & Saturdays)
  • £28.04 per hour (Sundays & Bank Holidays)
Work Patterns:
  • 39 hours per week
  • Rotating shifts: Early (06:00 - 14:18), Late (15:20 - 23:38) or Days Only (07:00 - 15:33)
  • Mandatory Overtime (weekday & weekend) available
About the Role:

The role involves working on raised vehicle bodies and requires the ability to safely reach and work on all designated manufacturing points without the use of steps or platforms. We invite applications from candidates who are between 5'1" and 6'1" in height (154cm - 185cm) to ensure the health and safety of the members who work for Proman on site.
