Asbestos Surveyor
Location: London
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct asbestos sampling, reinspection, management, refurbishment and demolition surveys in line with HSG264 and company procedures.
- Collect site data and transport asbestos samples to UKAS accredited laboratories.
- Produce accurate asbestos survey reports and drawings using company software.
- Build and maintain client relationships, offering specialist advice when required.
- Liaise with Surveying Quality, Contracts, Projects Managers and Supervisors as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- BOHS P402 qualified (or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of asbestos surveying across domestic, commercial and industrial sectors.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Commitment to delivering high standards while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
