Are you a passionate and creative Art teacher ready to inspire students? Supply Desk is looking for a qualified and experienced Art teacher to join a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in Hemel Hempstead from September 2026. This role offers the opportunity to teach KS3 and KS4 students in a supportive, specialist environment.
Roles and Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and inspiring Art lessons across KS3 and KS4, tailored to students’ needs.
- Plan and deliver lessons in line with departmental schemes of work and curriculum objectives.
- Support the social, emotional, and academic development of students in a PRU setting.
- Track and assess student progress, providing constructive and timely feedback.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and well‑managed classroom environment.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) essential.
- Experience teaching Art to KS3 and KS4 students.
- Excellent classroom management skills, especially in alternative education or PRU settings.
- Ability to inspire creativity and confidence in students.
- A collaborative and adaptable team player.
