Key Responsibilities for this Architect role:
- Lead and support the delivery of projects across multiple RIBA stages from concept through to completion
- Prepare and develop planning and building regulation applications
- Produce high-quality design proposals, technical drawings, and presentation material
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and wider project teams
