This role is designed for someone who wants more than just a field sales position. This opportunity is for an individual who can grow into being the public ambassador and commercial leader of the business. This role will report directly to the Founder & CEO and work closely with the Head of Operations, Head of Design, Head of Marketing and Sales Manager as part of the senior leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Trade Ambassador & Relationship Lead: Identify, develop and nurture long‑term relationships with key trade specifiers. Deliver CPD presentations educating the industry on British timber, sustainability and craftsmanship. Represent the company at networking events, trade shows (including Chelsea Flower Show) and our Chelsea Harbour Design Centre. Act as a visible, credible and trusted face of the brand.
  • Business Development & Sales Support: Proactively seek high‑value opportunities across Private Residential and prestigious Open Spaces projects. Work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure opportunities move seamlessly from initial contact through to delivery. Collaborate with Marketing to ensure our external communications authentically reflect our Force for Good message. Build a pipeline that supports long‑term, sustainable growth rather than transactional sales.
