Location: Leicester covering East/West Midlands and down to Northampton.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Up to £44,000
  • 40-hour week (7:30am - 4:30pm)
  • Van and fuel card provided
  • 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays
  • Tools and uniform supplied

  • Paid travel - 30 minutes each way
  • 1 in 7 on call rota - £140 standby and minimum 4 hours paid for call out

The Role:

  • Maintenance, repair and breakdown of air conditioning systems, including air handling units and DX cooling equipment (more industrial than VRV/VRF systems)
  • Diagnosing and resolving hot and cold issues through BMS adjustments
  • Carrying out reactive repairs on air conditioning systems and infrastructure
  • Customer-facing role with site visits

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • FGAS certification
  • NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
  • Full UK driving licence
