An excellent opportunity has arisen for a professional and highly organised Secretary / Receptionist to join a busy and well‑established accountancy practice. This is a varied role providing essential administrative and front‑of‑house support within a fast‑paced professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diary management for one Director, including scheduling client meetings and internal appointments, as well as arranging Teams and Zoom meetings
  • Managing and responding to client emails
  • Sending documentation for signature via DocuSign
  • Onboarding new clients onto internal databases
  • Preparing and issuing client documentation
  • Raising, processing and monitoring invoices, including chasing overdue payments
  • Ordering office supplies and supporting general office administration
  • Supporting new client onboarding including AML checks and preparation of engagement letters for individuals and companies
  • Managing incoming post and updating client records on CCH

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and basic Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Calm and professional approach when working under pressure
