Broughton Group is seeking a dedicated teaching assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with a child with special educational needs in South Birmingham. The role involves providing support and encouragement while helping the child access the curriculum effectively.

The ideal candidate will have at least a Level 3 qualification and experience dealing with behavioral difficulties in children.
