Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable relief Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy and welcoming. Duties
- Perform cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces.
- Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored correctly.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow established cleaning protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns.
- Maintain a positive attitude while working independently or as part of a team.
Skills
- Ability to drive is required for travelling between various locations.
- Proficiency in English to communicate clearly with colleagues and customers.
- Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and address any enquiries professionally.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
- Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning and maintenance of standards.
