Who are we

The Brothers of Charity Services is an organisation whose vision is to provide a range of services to Adults with learning disabilities that support their individuality, choice, rights, and aspirations.

We are looking for a full-time support worker to work alongside our Outreach team.

Job Summary

The support worker will assist people with learning disabilities or other vulnerable adults to participate in their community. This may include supporting individuals to find paid employment and providing follow-on support, or helping them learn new skills, socialise, and participate in organised activities and events as part of community life.

The role focuses on providing person-centred support and connecting individuals to their community. Building trust and relationships is essential, including supporting regular attendance at workplaces, community venues, and activities.

This position involves 1:1 support, and candidates must be comfortable providing personal care.

Note: Due to the service needs, applicants must be drivers with their own vehicle for work purposes.
