The Brothers of Charity Services is looking for a motivated and organised individual to join our Business Support (Recruitment) team as a Volunteer Recruiter.

This is a key role focused on recruiting and supporting volunteers across our services, while also assisting with wider recruitment and administrative duties.

In this role you will:

  • Lead ongoing recruitment for positions across all service areas
  • Support general recruitment administration and advert management
  • Coordinate interviews and assist with candidate screening
  • Maintain positive relationships with managers, volunteers, and stakeholders
  • Conduct regular welfare check-ins with volunteers and provide support as needed
  • Recognise and reward volunteer contributions
  • Help maintain recruitment records, databases, and personnel systems

What We’re Looking For:

  • Good level of English and Maths
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organisational ability and attention to detail
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Previous experience working with or as a volunteer
  • Previous administration or office experience
  • Ability to manage workloads, prioritise tasks, and work independently or in a team

Recruitment-related qualifications and knowledge of recruitment legislation are desirable but not essential.
