Recruitment Open Day - Saturday 18th April
One day. Tour and Interview that’s it! We are doing this properly, come in and meet the team, see the site for yourself then interview all in one go - no waiting around, no second guessing. One day. Done.
The day-to-day - What You’ll Actually Be Doing:
- Setting up and operating production machinery - we’ll train you properly.
- Monitoring lines to keep quality spot-on and catching anything before it becomes a problem.
- Performing machine changeovers and basic maintenance to keep things running smoothly.
- Recording production data accurately - traceability matters in what we do.
- Keeping your area clean, safe and up to GMP and food safety standards.
- Operating a forklift to move materials and finished products (FLT licence a bonus, not a must).
Who fits in here?
- Someone reliable - if you say you’ll be there, you’re there.
- Good attention to detail and a genuine care for quality.
- Able to stay calm and focused in a busy environment.
- A decent communicator - you’ll work closely with Engineers, Lead Operators and Shift Managers.
- Previous food, drink or FMCG experience is a nice bonus but it’s absolutely not essential.
- A FLT licence would be great, but we can work with the right person regardless!
- Self-motivated and adaptable - this isn’t a stand still kind of role!

Work Location: In person
Hours and Patterns: 4 on / 4 off pattern on 12-hour shifts (6am-6pm and 6pm-6am). Lates and nights come with a shift premium on top of your basic rate.
