Created by the founders behind Brother Marcus, Kamara is a more intimate evolution. Born in collaboration with award-winning bartender Angelos Bafas, Kamara is a bold new take on Eastern Mediterranean drinking culture; a space where every guest is hosted with care, every drink is a story, and every team member is a vital part of the experience.

Drawing from the flavours and techniques of the Eastern Mediterranean, Kamara’s drinks programme combines house-fermented ingredients, wild-foraged produce, and regionally inspired spirits, all served in a space designed to feel both refined and timeless.

We’re looking for a skilled bartender who leads with quiet confidence, sharp knowledge, and a deep respect for the art of cocktail bartending.
