Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Engineer at Brother Industries UK Ltd, located in Wrexham. The IT Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services, ensuring network security, and managing networking tasks. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of technical infrastructure.

Qualifications & Skills required

Skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support

Experience in Information Technology and Networking

Understanding of Network Security protocols and best practices

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment

Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft are a plus
