An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Brother International Europe as a Senior Product Owner – Sales and Logistics, based at our European headquarters in Manchester. We’re looking for a passionate, experienced Product Owner to drive the adoption of advanced SAP S4 capabilities, ensuring maximum business value and supporting growth. In this key role, you’ll collaborate with sales and supply chain teams across Europe to define business process baselines, track key KPIs, and quantify the value delivered through new SAP S4 solutions. You will also work closely with product owners across interfacing business processes to ensure alignment in strategy and delivery.

  • Own the performance and continuous improvement of O2C and P2P processes across SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • Partner with business units to build quantified business cases for innovation and growth.
  • Develop a compelling vision and rolling quarterly innovation roadmap for O2C and P2P, aligned to KPI and business outcomes.
  • Lead the design and configuration of SAP solutions for complex business requirements.
  • Maintain a well-defined product backlog with clear priorities for your development team.
  • Provide expert advice on SAP best practices and S/4HANA capabilities.
  • Manage strategic relationships with implementation partners and SAP to align services with innovation goals.
  • Introduce and leverage Process Mining tools to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Lead interactive sessions showcasing S/4HANA’s advanced capabilities.
  • Inspire teams by challenging legacy thinking and demonstrating what’s possible.

Experience in a large-scale European Sales & Supply Chain organisation, with strong knowledge of regional legislation and compliance. Excellent understanding of ERP processes—preferably SAP S4 HANA and 3PL integration technologies. Strong understanding of complementary technologies such as BTP, AI/ML, and Process Mining. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills. Experience in complex business process modelling and delivery. Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions in structured, high-pressure environments using agile methods. Solid commercial acumen, with an understanding of P&L drivers in sales, logistics, and procurement. SAP S4 HANA experience in Sales and Logistics (certification desirable). Strong experience engaging users and translating insight into functional improvements. Familiarity with setting, monitoring, and reporting measurable process performance targets. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience managing and motivating cross-disciplinary SAP product teams. Comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels. Willingness to travel internationally as required. Self-motivated, eager to learn, and committed to being a key part of this critical business team. Understanding of SAP integration technologies (BTP, APIs, EDI, Web Services). Demonstrated SAP implementation experience. Experience working with offshore resources.
