This is a development role in the best sense. I’m looking for someone with real curiosity, someone who doesn’t guess, who wants to understand properly before responding, and who can take technical detail from multiple places and turn it into something simple and accurate for the field. This role will require occasional travel, and you’ll be encouraged to enjoy the locations and local culture, with support from colleagues across Europe and beyond.

We are looking for a Product Specialist to support the development, launch and lifecycle management of our hardware and software solutions across Europe. By working closely with the European sales office, product strategy colleagues and global stakeholders, you will play a key role in bringing market insight and technical expertise. The role supports product strategy execution, ensures accuracy of product materials and training content alongside enabling effective communication across Europe.

  • Market insight, research, and analysis
  • Product content creation and training delivery
  • Collaborate with European offices, customers and internal sales and marketing teams to gather market insight and support the development and execution of the product and solutions strategy.
  • Contribute insight to the development and clear articulation of Brother’s future product, software and solutions value proposition.
  • Use structured market intelligence to support discussions and alignment on product and solution requirements with Sales Offices, Brother Industries Limited (BIL), and third-party software partners.
  • Ensure content is accurate and up to date.
  • Work closely with marketing communications to ensure product-related assets are technically accurate and correctly represented.
  • Create, review, and support the delivery of high quality product training materials and sessions for European colleagues.
  • Support international engagement and training activities, including occasional travel to European offices, Japan, and the USA.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences, including colleagues whose first language is not English.
  • Experience gathering, interpreting and analysing market data to support portfolio development and informed product decision making.
