We are looking for a Product Owner to lead the implementation and ongoing management of a new Incentive Management System across Europe. You will work closely with a central shared service team, local offices, and external vendors to deliver the system rollout and ensure long-term success. The role focuses on driving best practice, standardising processes, and optimising how incentives and rebates are managed across the organisation.

You will own the product roadmap, manage enhancements, and ensure the platform delivers measurable value to sales, finance, and commercial teams.

Requirements
  • Experience working as a Product Owner or similar product role in a technology or systems environment
  • Strong understanding of sales, finance, or commercial processes, particularly incentives, rebates, or pricing structures
  • Experience of working with international stakeholders
  • Experience with Jira and Agile methodologies to support structured delivery
  • Ability to translate user needs and data insights into product improvements
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors
  • Experience supporting process improvement, standardisation, or change initiatives
  • Willing to travel occasionally to European offices as required
Key Responsibilities
  • Own the product roadmap, prioritising features, improvements, and efficiencies.
  • Deliver executive-level reporting, including steering meetings and KPI reporting.
  • Define user stories, manage the backlog, and align delivery with business objectives.
  • Oversee system development, testing, and deployment with internal teams and vendors.
  • Work closely with the Systems Analyst, Project Manager, and implementation partner to scale and innovate solutions and processes.
  • Support the design and implementation of rebate, incentive, and contract/data management processes.
  • Drive process standardisation across European markets.
  • Align incentive and rebate processes across local offices and shared services teams.
  • Partner with sales, finance, and e‑commerce stakeholders to maximise system adoption and value.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and system integration.
