Brother International Europe (BIE) is the European Headquarters of the Brother Group. As the Category Manager of Air Treatment Products, you will own the end-to-end development and commercialisation of new Air treatment products, including Air Cooling units and Air Purifiers. You will lead Air category roadmaps, translate customer and market insight into product requirements, and drive cross functional delivery across engineering, supply chain, finance, service and marketing. The role also shapes commercial models, manages budgets and partnerships, supports geographic expansion, and builds compelling go to market content with a strong focus on sustainability and total cost of ownership.

- Provide effective and timely sales and commercial support and guidance to the Brother European network.
- Support BIE departments and management with core business activities.
- Lead and organise the Pan‑European Sales team, driving team development and departmental improvements.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting, including departmental budgets and Pan‑European sales forecasts.
- Set and negotiate pricing to maximise revenue and profitability.
- Lead and support key commercial projects as required.
- Analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity to inform decisions.
- Develop product and commercial strategies aligned with Brother’s overall roadmap.
- Communicate effectively with European offices and the Japanese head office, including travel for meetings and training delivery.
- Ensure that deadlines for reports, budgets, forecasts, meetings, and product launch materials are consistently met.
Educated to degree level in Business, Marketing, or a related field. At least 3 years’ experience in a sales, marketing, or product management role within a multinational environment. Strong communication and influencing skills. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Proven team management skills. Experience working within a high‑technology marketplace and launching/managing new products. Experience in Air products is desirable.
