Job Responsibilities

• Will be trained to handle full outlet operations such as front end customer services, beverages making procedure, quality assurance, manpower planning & cost controlling.
• Participating in training programs to enhance leadership, management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Being paired with senior managers or executives who provide guidance and help with career development.
• Learning about the company’s culture, values, and organizational structure.
• Provide suggestive selling accordingly to customers\’ interests.
• Ensure smooth daily operation of the store
• Ensure cleanliness of the store at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Other Requirements

• High interests in F&B industry
• An eagerness to learn, adaptability, and a proactive attitude.
