Broster Buchanan are partnering with a leading property business to recruit a Management Accountant to join their growing finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified or QBE professional to play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, business partnering, and commercial insight across a diverse property portfolio. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in a similar role, property desirable but importantly someone who enjoys month end reporting.

The Role

  • Producing monthly management accounts and financial reports
  • Preparing budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections
  • Performing variance analysis and providing meaningful commentary
  • Maintaining balance sheet reconciliations and financial controls
  • Supporting year-end audit processes and statutory reporting
  • Partnering with operational and property management teams
  • Analysing property performance and identifying opportunities to improve profitability
  • Contributing to process improvements and reporting enhancements

About You

  • Qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA), or QBE (Qualified by Experience)
  • Previous experience in a Management Accountant position
  • Property or facilities management experience preferred but not essential
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both finance and non-finance stakeholders
  • Proactive, organised, and commercially minded
