Broster Buchanan are supporting our client in their search for a Purchase Ledger Specialist. Our client is a successful retail organisation looking to appoint an experienced Purchase Ledger Specialist to join their finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong purchase ledger experience who is looking to develop their career within a fast-paced and supportive environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Processing a high volume of purchase invoices accurately and efficiently
- Managing supplier statements and resolving invoice queries
- Completing supplier reconciliations and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting payment runs and ensuring suppliers are paid on time
- Working closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- Utilising SAP and Excel to maintain, analyse and report financial information
Ideal candidate qualifications:
- Previous experience within a purchase ledger, accounts payable or similar finance role
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Experience of an ERP system pref SAP
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial data
- The ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines in a busy finance environment
