Programme Manager to lead a process-first commercial transformation across retail/FMCG. You’ll re-engineer end-to-end commercial and operational journeys, promotions, pricing, approvals, and go-to-market. IT enablement is still a key area, but the heart of the role is Lean process redesign and adoption.
- Process Re-engineering: Map, simplify and standardise end-to-end commercial workflows; remove waste and hand-offs; embed controls and KPIs.
