FTC or Day Rate Considered Stand alone role needing someone with great influencing skills Yorkshire based with some travel further afield around once a month Interim Project / Programme Finance Business Partner 12-month fixed-term contract or day rate | c. 0.8–1.0 FTE | Leeds / Garforth / A1 corridor (hybrid, ~2 days a week) with occasional site visits c. 2 hours away (~twice a month) I'm supporting one of my long standing contacts who has recently been promoted who works for a highly regarded national not for profit organisation on a significant, donor-funded capital programme.

This is a major construction and development project financed through donor income, but with regular interactions with government stakeholders.

This is a genuinely interesting build with real complexity behind it, and they need a safe pair of hands to business partner the finance side from now through delivery.

This is a standalone role, no direct reports to manage, but plenty of people to influence so it will suit someone who's happy rolling their sleeves up and owning the numbers themselves rather than leading a team.

What you'll be doing You'll act as the finance partner to the programme and project teams, giving them clear, commercially grounded financial insight throughout the build.
