Broster Buchanan is partnering with a live and immersive entertainment leader on a Production Accountant opportunity.

You’ll be at the financial heart of the action – juggling up to 18 productions at once! You’ll be the go-to person ensuring that each production runs smoothly behind the scenes, bringing unforgettable experiences to life while keeping budgets on point and creativity flowing.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner with Producers to develop smarter, streamlined budgeting tools and financial models that support decision-making and creative planning.
- Take ownership of monthly financial reviews, interpreting results and advising on key trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Oversee production finances from early development through to final reconciliation, ensuring budgets stay accurate and transparent throughout.
- Play a hands-on role in onboarding new productions — setting up systems, refining processes, and guiding teams on financial best practice.
- Build and maintain forward-looking cash flow projections across all live and in-development projects, ensuring resources are managed effectively.
- Handle all aspects of invoicing, accruals, and revenue recognition, guaranteeing precision and compliance in financial reporting.
- Manage royalty reporting and payments, maintaining clarity and timeliness across all creative partnerships.
- Deliver clear, consistent weekly P&L insights for production-related income streams such as bars, retail, and merchandise.
- Monitor box office results and performance data, helping to evaluate the financial success of ongoing and completed shows.
What you’ll bring
