As a Head of Engineering and Platform, you will have the opportunity to define and influence the next version of our operating model. This is a permanent role with a salary range of GBP95,000, and you will be responsible for building the engineering system that enables autonomous product teams to innovate confidently while maintaining production stability at scale.
