They’re seeking an accomplished People & Finance Operations Manager to drive operational excellence and scale their business efficiently across people, culture, office, and finance functions.

This is a high-impact, strategic role central to the company’s next phase of growth. As People & Finance Operations Manager, you will own internal operations and people infrastructure, ensuring that finance systems, teams, and offices operate seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, streamline, and optimise business processes across global operations
  • Partner with finance leads on expenses, invoices, payroll, and budget tracking
  • Support audit, tax, and reporting processes as needed
  • Collaborate with leadership on planning, reporting, and cross-functional alignment
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable systems and processes
  • Manage the smooth running of the London HQ and support international offices
  • Oversee suppliers, tools, leases, and day-to-day facilities management
  • Own the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, contracts, compliance, performance, and exits
  • Build and nurture a thoughtful, inclusive, and high-performance culture
  • Develop HR policies, feedback mechanisms, and engagement programs from the ground up

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years’ experience in operations, people management, or finance administration in high-growth start-ups
  • Solid experience within finance, HR compliance, and business operations in fast-scaling environments
  • Exceptionally organised, detail-oriented, and action-driven
  • Strong communicator capable of building trust with stakeholders at all levels
  • Pragmatic, people-first mindset with a passion for enabling teams to succeed
  • Track record of implementing systems, processes, and frameworks that scale businesses effectively

The role is a Mid-Senior level position, full-time, in Human Resources, Finance, and Accounting/Auditing.
