A PE-backed organisation based in Northamptonshire, near Rugby and Daventry, is seeking a Gemini-focused AI Business Analyst or AI Product Manager to conduct Requirements Gathering workshops to define and produce AI proof-of-concept initiatives. This role is ideal for Business Analysts or Product Managers with a strong understanding of AI with hands-on experience designing solutions using Google AI / Gemini, who enjoy working closely with stakeholders in an on-site, collaborative environment. Due to the nature of the work, candidates must be willing to be on-site 2 days per week, Mondays and Tuesdays, in Northamptonshire near Rugby and Daventry.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver AI proofs of concept leveraging Google AI / Gemini
- Understand how AI can shape and define automation business processes across multiple key business functions (Finance, Supply Chain and Logistics, Sales, and Order Processing, WMS and HR)
- Design systems that interact with Gemini APIs, alongside other LLMs such as ChatGPT and Claude
- Implement AI-driven features, including prompt workflows, data processing, and system integrations
- Design AI automation for simple and repetitive tasks
- Deploy and support AI solutions on Google Cloud infrastructure
- Collaborate closely with on-site enterprise teams to rapidly prototype and iterate solutions
- Commercial experience as a Business Analyst/ Product Manager
- Hands-on experience working with Google AI / Gemini
- Strong understanding of LLM integration patterns and API-based communication
- Proof Of Concept designs covering workflows and business process automation
- Experience working within cloud environments
- Ability and willingness to work onsite in Northamptonshire, near Rugby and Daventry, 2 days per week
- Experience integrating multiple LLMs (Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude)
- Previous work delivering AI proofs-of-concept or innovation projects
- Enterprise or large-scale project experience
- Rate: £350-£400 per day
- Duration: 6 months
- Location: Northamptonshire
- Start Date: 18th or 25th May 2026
