- Leading the month end process
- Manage and process credit card and expenses
- Overseeing Credit Control and Purchase Ledger functions
- Monitor Cashflow Managementand Quarterly Cashflow Forecasts with commentary
- Stock valuation for raw materials
- Maintaining standard cost records
- Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Monthly management accounts and budget reports with variance analysis
- Lead the annual external audit
- Potential candidates should ideally meet the following criteria
- Minimum of Intermediate (AAT Level 4) or part qualification from recognised professional accounting body with a minimum of 3 years workplace experience
- Knowledge of Sage 200 or similar accounting package
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organised and detail orientated
- A team player
- Good IT Skills (particularly Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Salary range will be £42,000 to £45,000 pa
