The predicted salary is between 60000 - 65000 £ per year.

Reporting directly to the Financial Controller and working closely with the Commercial team, you will provide financial insights to drive improved decision making and deliver improved results, helping drive growth and profitability in a fast-moving business.

At a detailed level, this will include:

  • Supporting the Finance team in the preparation and control of standard costings.
  • Working with the Commercial team to review and analyse customer and product margin performance.
  • Monitoring and evaluating commodity prices and the drivers of fluctuation of prices with relevant variance analysis.
  • Producing standard product cost for new development/projects and providing an in-depth analysis into the key drivers of costs.
  • Month end reporting including variance analysis and investigation.
  • Budgets and forecasts including analysing historical data, market trends, and operational/commercial drivers.

Potential candidates should be qualified or QBE with strong interpersonal and analytical skills. You will have the ability to forecast and think laterally, allied to Power BI exposure and excellent Excel skills.

Salary will be in the £60,000 to £65,000 pa range.
