About the Role:
We’re recruiting an Investigations Officer on behalf of a professional regulatory body committed to upholding high standards across its membership. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering fair, thorough, and well-documented investigations, while managing a varied caseload with professionalism and clarity. You’ll be the first point of contact for members of the public and professionals within the industry, ensuring all enquiries and complaints are handled consistently, accurately, and in line with established procedures. Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate potential disciplinary complaints from initial enquiry through to conclusion, gathering information from relevant parties and preparing high-quality written reports where required.
