Group FP&A Manager in Milton Keynes

Broster Buchanan are working with a private equity owned services company to appoint a Group FP&A Manager to be based in the head office in Central London.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Ownership for the end-to-end annual budgeting and quarterly re-forecasting cycles (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow)
• Financial Modelling: Develop, maintain, and enhance the Group\’s dynamic financial model, including detailed scenario planning and sensitivity analysis
• Investor Relations: Prepare high-quality, Board-level and Private Equity investor reporting packs, translating complex financial performance into clear, actionable insights on key value drivers, KPIs, and variance explanations.
• System Enhancement: Drive the continuous improvement of the core FP&A technology stack, ensuring data integrity and enabling self-service reporting for the business.
• M&A: Provide financial and process support for M&A activity, including due diligence analysis and financial integration of newly acquired entities

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant: Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent) with a strong reporting and analysis experience
• 4/5 years Post-Qualified Experience, with significant time spent in a dedicated FP&A role

Desirable:

• PE/Investment-Backed Environment: Demonstrable experience working within a demanding, fast-paced Private Equity (PE) environment
• Advanced Modelling & Systems experience
