Interim Management Accountant – Immediate Start
Location: NN4, Northampton

We’re seeking a talented, proactive and driven Management Accountant to join a fast-growing, international business headquartered in Northampton. This is your opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting – supporting decision-making at the highest level.
Responsibilities
- Producing month-end accounts across multiple UK sites
- Analysing departmental performance against budgets and previous years
- Preparing VAT returns and ensuring compliance with tax authorities across various regions
- Supporting the annual budget process and statutory audits
- Delivering clear, actionable cash flow reporting and analysis
- Enhancing finance processes to drive efficiency and accuracy
- Taking ownership of reconciliations, intercompany reporting, and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- ACCA / CIMA / ACA Qualified Accountant
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and ability to produce month-end financial reports
- High attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and strong organisational ability
