Programme Manager to lead a processāfirst commercial transformation across retail/FMCG. You will reāengineer endātoāend commercial and operational journeys, promotions, pricing, approvals, and goātoāmarket. IT enablement is still a key area, but the heart of the role is Lean process redesign and adoption.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Process Reāengineering: Map, simplify and standardise end-to-end commercial workflows; remove waste and handāoffs; embed controls and KPIs.
- Enablement & Deployment: Coordinate delivery of supporting systems and promotional tooling to fit the new ways of working.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Work daily with commercial, product and marketing; collaborate with IT Product Owners (software & roadmap) and deploy change with specialist change managers.
- Operational Translation: Turn real retail requirements into practical processes and lightweight system solutions.
- Deep experience in commercial process engineering within retail/FMCG.
- Lean / Six Sigma credentials (ideal) and a strong Business Analysis toolkit.
- Proven delivery of ITāenabled change (programme governance, benefits, risks, adoption).
