Duration: 6 months

Programme Manager to lead a process‐first commercial transformation across retail/FMCG. You will re‐engineer end‐to‐end commercial and operational journeys, promotions, pricing, approvals, and go‐to‐market. IT enablement is still a key area, but the heart of the role is Lean process redesign and adoption.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

  • Process Re‐engineering: Map, simplify and standardise end-to-end commercial workflows; remove waste and hand‐offs; embed controls and KPIs.
  • Enablement & Deployment: Coordinate delivery of supporting systems and promotional tooling to fit the new ways of working.
  • Stakeholder Leadership: Work daily with commercial, product and marketing; collaborate with IT Product Owners (software & roadmap) and deploy change with specialist change managers.
  • Operational Translation: Turn real retail requirements into practical processes and lightweight system solutions.
  • Deep experience in commercial process engineering within retail/FMCG.
  • Lean / Six Sigma credentials (ideal) and a strong Business Analysis toolkit.
  • Proven delivery of IT‐enabled change (programme governance, benefits, risks, adoption).
