Key Responsibilities

Develop audit scopes, methodologies, and testing strategies in line with Global Internal Audit Standards and GovS 009. Identify key risks and controls, design testing approaches, and gather evidence to support clear assurance opinions. Produce high-quality working papers and audit reports that are clear, concise, and actionable.
- Risk, Governance & Advisory: Assess the effectiveness of IT governance frameworks, including alignment with organisational strategy and public-sector requirements. Provide insights and recommendations to improve risk management, resilience, and digital service delivery.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with IT, cyber, data, and operational teams. Communicate complex technical issues in accessible language for non-technical stakeholders. Influence senior leaders by presenting balanced, evidence-based findings.
