The role sits at the heart of the growth agenda, combining M&A, commercial finance, strategy and major investment decisions.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead commercial finance and provide insight and challenge around strategic decisions
- Lead M&A financial activity across valuation, due diligence, investment cases and post-deal planning
- Assess organic growth opportunities, strategic investments and capital allocation
- Lead financial modelling, scenario analysis and complex business cases
- Provide commercial finance leadership across major bids, tenders, pricing and negotiations
- Develop a forward-looking view of revenue, margin and cash performance
- Partner with senior leadership to improve commercial performance and value creation
