We are working with a fast-growing professional services business who are looking to hire a technically strong Finance Manager to join the team on a 6-month fixed term contract basis, to provide essential cover within the Group Finance team. This is a key role where you will take ownership of entity-level financial reporting and financial control, ensuring accurate and timely month-end close and high-quality reporting across multiple group entities.

What you will be doing:

  • Leading month-end close for assigned entities
  • Preparing P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reporting
  • Reviewing journals and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Supporting statutory accounts and external audit requirements
  • Ensuring compliance with IFRS and group accounting policies
  • Managing a small team of Management Accountants
  • Supporting group reporting, acquisitions and process improvements

What we are looking for:

  • ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent), ideally practice trained
  • Strong background in financial reporting, audit or group accounting
  • Good understanding of IFRS and statutory reporting
  • Experience in multi-entity or complex group environments
  • Available to start immediately or at short notice
