Broster Buchanan is partnering with a Milton Keynes-based organisation to appoint a Financial Controller.

This high-visibility role offers full ownership of financial control, reporting and governance, with a clear succession path to Finance Director and a hands-on leadership remit.

You will lead month-end close, statutory reporting, and a small finance team, while working with the Finance Director and senior stakeholders to drive improvements and strategic initiatives.
