This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping the transformation strategy and delivering measurable business value through operational efficiency improvements, ERP modernisation, and the adoption of new technologies across a global footprint.
Lead finance transformation programmes from strategy through to delivery.
Drive process improvement, standardisation and automation across the finance function.
Partner with senior stakeholders to shape and execute transformation roadmaps.
Deliver finance systems, ERP cloud migration and technology-enabled change initiatives.
Establish effective governance, reporting and risk management frameworks.
Lead global cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Improve financial reporting, planning and decision-making capabilities.
Embed sustainable change and drive adoption across the organisation.
