This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified finance professional who enjoys combining hands-on financial management with team leadership and business partnering responsibilities.Based in Cannock, the role offers a hybrid working pattern of four days in the office and one day from home. Your new role \ N Reporting into the Head ofFinance, you will take ownership of the day-to-day finance function, leading a team across management accounts, accounts payable and accounts receivable. You'll play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, managing cash flow, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, driving process improvements and providing meaningful commercial insight to stakeholders across the organisation.This opportunity would suit a qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA accountant with previous experience in a Finance Manager, Financial Controller or Senior Management Accountant position. Strong management accounting, financial reporting and team leadership experience are essential, along with the ability to operate effectively within a fast-paced, multi-site environment. \ N The business offers genuineopportunities to make an impact, influence change and contribute to ongoing growth. \ N Whilst initially offered ona 12-month fixed-term basis, there is realistic potential for the role to become permanent.
