I'm working exclusively with a rapidly scaling technology business that has recently secured a $350m Series C funding round and is entering an exciting new phase of growth and international expansion. With around 150 employees today and significant hiring plans underway, they're investing heavily in building the infrastructure needed to support their next chapter.
As Interim Finance Manager, you'll work closely with the Group Financial Controller and take ownership of core finance operations, helping to strengthen controls, improve processes and ensure the finance function can scale alongside the wider business.
Key areas include:
- Month-end close and financial reporting
- Balance sheet reconciliations, accruals and journals
- Treasury and cashflow management
- Payroll oversight
- VAT and statutory compliance
- Financial controls and audit readiness
- Process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives
- Supporting future international growth and new entity set-up
This is a hands-on role suited to a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and enjoys bringing structure to growth.
