- Lead and maintain the Council's corporate risk management framework.
- Develop, maintain and monitor the Corporate Risk Register and associated departmental risk registers.
- Provide regular risk reporting and analysis to the Corporate Management Team, Audit Committee and relevant Member committees.
- Identify emerging strategic, financial, operational and regulatory risks and ensure appropriate mitigation plans are developed.
- Work with Directors and senior managers to strengthen risk ownership and accountability across the organisation.
